    This is a stunning Chopard Mille Miglia Gran Turismo Limited Edition Speed Black 3 is the 3rd series of the collection to be presented in all black theme which is limited to 1000 pieces worldwide. The black DLC coating gives the watch a shiny black look rather than the matt black PVD look. The watch is large at 44mm across making a great sports watch. This watch new would have cost £8500 from the Chopard Boutique and only a couple of pieces were given to each country.

The original MOD White dial with applied arabic numerals and  markers and military markings are in excellent condition. The original hands and the manual wind movement is signed Jaeger LeCoultre. The case back markings are A.M. (6B/159 4698/56), the stainless steel case measures approximately 36mm and the Military Strap is a universal fitting. The watch has been fully serviced by our in-house watch technician and comes with a full 12 months written warranty.

    OMEGA 18K GOLD SEAMASTER AUTOMATIC 1962 The Omega Seamaster is a superb timepiece and here’s just a little bit of history In 1932, Omega debuted its Marine watch which was worn by the “father of modern diving” Yves Le Prieur, a French navy officer and inventor of the modern scuba mask and tank. Later, in 1936, explorer Charles William Beebe wore the Omega marine watch while riding in a bathysphere (which was an unpowered sea submersible that was lowered into the ocean via a cable) to a depth of 14 meters off the coast of Bermuda. The watch has remained in continuous production since the late1940’s and one which has always represented Omega’s most sporty waterproof watches for divers and swimmers a like. In 1950’s and 1960’s, the Omega Seamaster broke many records and was worn by many celebrities, Jacques Cousteau’s team wore the Seamaster during their 1963 expedition in the Red Sea, military naval divers also wore them on operations. The manual wind movement is signed “Omega Swiss 16 Jewels 9739388. The case back markings are A.M. (6B/159 A4541), the alloy case measures approximately 33mm and the Military Strap is a universal fitting. The watch has been fully serviced by our in-house watch technician and comes with a full 12 months written warranty. After WW2 the MOD found these watches to be so Robust and accurate that they decided to re-case the Omega movement into stainless steel cases hence the Omega 56 and variants.

The watch has been fully Serviced by our in-house watch Technician and comes with a full 12 months written warranty. Only around 25,000 Omega W.W.W watches were made for the British army during world war two, at least half of these would have been destroyed on D day, good original examples of these watches are very sought after by Collectors and can often be difficult to find.
