UK: All of our watches are sent our via Royal Mail Special Delivery FREE OF CHARGE, with insurance up to £2500. If an item is valued at more than £2500 we may ship via DHL/FEDEX or COURIER at an additional charge, please contact us directly for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL: We use Royal Mail International Signed For, who allow insurance up to £500 and we charge £25.00 for this service. Items sent outside of Europe or requiring more insurance will be sent via FEDEX/COURIER, please contact us for a quote.
Customers are responsible for any destination charges if applicable in respect of customs duty, inspection fees etc. As policies vary from country to country customers should contact their local customs for advice and information.
All funds must be cleared before goods are despatched.
From the day you receive your goods we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. If you wish to return an item please contact us on the telephone number 0800 689 1375 with the reference number provided. Goods must be returned unworn, unused and in the same condition they left our office with the original box, documentation and spares if applicable. The goods must be returned in the same standard of packaging via special delivery or another insured postal / courier service to full value of the item, at your cost. Proof of postage and insurance must be provided on dispatching, you may also be liable for custom fees if the paper work is incorrectly filled in.
YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL
In line with U.K. and E.U ‘Distance Selling Regulations’, you have a legal right to cancel your Order during the period set out in our terms and conditions and receive a full refund.
The cancellation right does not apply to Goods purchased or collected from any of our premises or if the Goods have been adjusted to meet your specifications or personalised.
You may cancel your Order for the Goods at any time before we dispatch the Goods or if the Goods have already been delivered to you within a period of 14 Working Days (starting from the day after delivery of the Goods), after this period a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
You must take reasonable care of the Goods and you must return the Goods (including Paperwork, links, user manual, service papers and box as applicable) within 14 days of the date we received your notice to cancel. The Goods must be in their original condition.
You acknowledge that the Paperwork (where supplied) substantially increases the value of the Goods and that its absence or damage will affect the value of the Goods. If you return the Goods with missing or damaged Paperwork, we will make a reasonable deduction to the sum refunded to you not exceeding 30% of the purchase price.
We reserve our rights not to cancel the Order if Paperwork is missing or damaged.
Return postage, packaging and insurance will be your responsibility and at your cost and you must follow our reasonable instructions. We recommend you use a tracked mail system and retain proof of postage. You must insure the Goods to their full value. You must ensure that you pack the Goods appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
Returned Goods will be inspected by our servicing team and you will incur a charge for any Work necessary if found to be damaged or otherwise compromised. If you do not accept our charge or we cannot repair the Goods, we will return the Goods to you unrepaired and we will not issue a refund.
Provided that you comply with our terms, you will be refunded in full within 14 days of the date we receive the returned Goods.

Advice about your legal right to cancel the contract is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in our Terms will affect your legal rights.
We provide a SERVICE WARRANTY coverage of 12 months from the date of purchase on all of our brand name watches (with the exception of some vintage watches). Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated. Our Warranty excludes:- watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal and glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and / or accidental abuse and damage resulting from wear under the conditions exceeding the watch manufacturers water resistence limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsiblity of the customer. Warranty is declared VOID if the buyer opens the back of the watch within the warranty period or gives the watch to a watch maker, not authorised by ourselves for repair. All repairs covered by warranty must be performed by our own authorised watch maker.
