This is a Very Rare Air Ministry RAF White Jaeger LeCoultre Pilots 6B/159 watch dated 1956. The original MOD White dial with applied arabic numerals and markers and military markings are in excellent condition. The original hands and the manual wind movement is signed Jaeger LeCoultre. The case back markings are A.M. (6B/159 4698/56), the stainless steel case measures approximately 36mm and the Military Strap is a universal fitting. The watch has been fully serviced by our in-house watch technician and comes with a full 12 months written warranty. -

In 1956, a large number of surplus 6B/159 pilot watches originating from WW2 were modified and re-issued to the RAF by the Ministry of Defence (MoD). -
